Our mobile valeting service operates all year round, but in the event of adverse weather conditions your valet may need to be cancelled. If this happens you will be contacted as soon as possible and rebooked at the earliest opportunity.
Prices and price lists can be updated so please check the price before going ahead with your requested valet.
Vehicle contents, vehicles that include the interior should be clear of personal belongings and any papers that could be mistaken as rubbish and disposed of, Showroom shine valeting ltd will not be held responsible in such a case. We will not valet the boot if it is full.
Showroom shine valeting ltd will not be held responsible for any damage due to loose/ faulty parts on your vehicle. Please be sure to make us aware of any poorly fitted or loose parts prior to your valet. Vehicles will be checked for dents/scrstches before the valet takes place.
If you would like to cancel a valet or if you are not able to make the arranged time/date, please make us aware at least 24 hours before the original booking.
Payment, payment must be made before, during or after the valet is complete, unless arranged differently before hand. We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash
•Cheque with guarantee card.
Invoices outstanding beyond normal credit terms will be passed to a debt recovery agent, and will be subject to a surcharge of £100 per invoice outstanding. Such accounts will also be subject to any other costs involved in obtaining settlement. We reserve the right to charge interest at 8% over base rate on overdue accounts, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, if settlement is not within our agreed credit terms. Payments returned or represented by our bankers will incur an administration charge of £30 per transaction.
Where preferential discounts have been given, if payment in full is not received by the due date, these discounts will automatically be disallowed.
